At Estea, our investors' feedback is crucial for our quality assurance. Below is how you, as an investor, can provide feedback and complaints, as well as how the handling of these matters takes place.

The first step if you, as an investor, are dissatisfied with your investment is to contact the person who assisted you in investing in the fund, such as your advisor.

Describe your complaint in detail. You will receive a confirmation that your complaint has been received, an estimated processing time, and how you will be notified of the outcome. This is usually done in writing via email for efficiency and traceability.
