Estea Bostadsfastigheter (Residential Properties Fund) invests in modern residential properties. The goal of the fund is to create a predictable and stable cash flow and favorable conditions for value growth through a well-diversified portfolio of residential properties
Estea Residential Properties invests in environmentally certified, newly constructed properties in growth regions with a strong and diversified economic sector and good infrastructure, typically in regional capitals and university cities. All properties are required to be environmentally certified from the time they enter the fund.
The target return is 8-10 percent per year, based on the cash flow from the properties, of which 5 percent is distributed as an annual interest, along with value appreciation through refinement.
